Social Media Connection Course

Cassie Reeder is in her 7th year of her education career. She is currently an education consultant and the founder of Cassie Reeder Consulting, LLC. Aside from her role as a former elementary educator then an education consultant with Promethean she has had a great deal of experience as a connected educator.

After starting her twitter account four years ago, she soon found herself connecting with others around the globe through the co-founding of two virtual connected educator events, Connected Educator Appreciation Day as well as EdChange Global. Through the integration of social media tools, she has found a way to building meaningful connections with teachers and students. Cassie found support, empowerment, encouragement and an endless amount of resources that she used in her career both as a classroom teacher and now as a professional development provider, content creator and an education podcaster. She now wants to bring those opportunities to others around the world, and allow them to have the same experiences that she has, improving her self as a professional and finding the value that she has in education.
